Our adventure with ice cream began on a cool evening in December 2022. As enthusiasts, we were on a quest for the perfect scoop - one that was creamier, richer, and bursting with flavor. Thus, we embarked on a journey to create the ice cream of our dreams in our home kitchen.

Then, one memorable evening arrived. Following a dinner party, we were met with an overwhelming demand for our homemade delights - a whopping 27 pint orders! Our friends, family, and guests wanted to take home whatever we had left in the freezer. That was the moment we realized we had the potential to turn our beloved hobby into a full-fledged business.
