Are your ice creams halal?
Yes they are, our products are Halal certified by JAKIM.

What are the serving options available?
We have 2 options:

Our pre-packed cups have 2 size available:

Cup Grand - regular cups 120ml

Cup Lite - smaller cups 70m ​​

If I order pre-packed cups, how will it be delivered to me?
We will be packing your pre-packed cups in a polyfoam box, and fill the box with ice packs. You can keep the box for up to 5 hours before opening, and we recommend to consume the ice creams within 1 hour after opening the box.

Do you have freezer rental option for pre-packed cups?
Yes we do, we can offer different freezer sizes based on the number of cups you order for a fee. We will deliver the freezer and have the cups arranged for you in the freezer, its hassle free :)

What is the minimum order for live scooping station?
It's minimum 2 tubs.

Are your products considered Gelato?
Yes they are actually Gelato.
​

Can I place custom design stickers for my event?
Yes we d offer custom design stickers on your serving cups. It can be your logo, or wedding related names, or any other design you would like. The best part its free of charge for 100 pax and above orders.

Do you charge for decorations?
No we don't, our decoration packages are free for live scooping station and pre-packed cups if you rent a freezer. We do have umbrella with lights, flowers, arch, and other options.
What happens if there are leftovers?
No worries, we will pack all the left overs and pass it you right after the event.

How many flavours do you have?
We do have about 26 flavours and will be releasing more flavours in the future.
​

Can you cater for large events?
Yes we can do catering for thousands of pax, we do have sufficient showcase and storage freezers to cater for any event size. For large events we will place multiple showcase freezers and crew to ensure the serving is smooth and fast.

What is your coverage area for event catering?
Currently we cover Klang Valley area.
​

Are your ice creams vegetarian friendly? Do you use egg?
We don't use egg in our ice creams and they are vegetarian friendly.

Do you have vegan friendly flavours?
Yes we do, our sorbets don't have any dairy and so they are vegan friendly and also suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant. ​​​​​​
