Are your ice creams halal?
Yes they are, our products are Halal certified by JAKIM.

Do you use any artificial flavoring in your ice creams?
No we don't, and no added preservatives.

Can I have my order delivered in multiple batch?
Yes, we can have your ordered delivered in 3 batch within 6 months. We don't charge any storage fee, and you just cover the delivery fees. The delivery fee will be calculated based on your delivery address.

Where can I try the ice creams?
You are welcome to contact our hotline ( +60 11 5421 1502 ) to make an appointment for a sampling session at our showroom located at Bandar Sunway. During the sampling session you can try more than 16 flavours.

Are your products considered Gelato?
Yes they are actually Gelato.

Do you offer OEM and white-labeling services?
Yes we do, we can offer the ice creams on selected packages with your branding and custom design labels.

What is the shelf life time for the ice creams?
6 months as long as kept within the recommended temperature in the freezer.
Do you offer consulting and training regarding the setup and operations to serve ice cream in my F&B business?
Yes we do. We will share more about these services during the sampling session.

How many flavours do you have?
We do have about 26 flavours and will be releasing more flavours in the future.

Do you have delivery services? How much is the delivery fee?
Yes we do have our own delivery and the delivery fee will be calculated based on your delivery address.

Do you offer delivery for out of Klang Valley as well?
Yes we do, and the delivery fee will be calculated based on your state and delivery address.

Are your ice creams vegetarian friendly? Do you use egg?
We don't use egg in our ice creams and they are vegetarian friendly.

Do you have vegan friendly flavours?
Yes we do, our sorbets don't have any dairy and so they are vegan friendly and also suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant.

Can you do custom flavours?
Yes we can, please contact us to share the flavour you have in mind and we will assess and let you know if we can do that flavour. There will be a minimum order for custom flavours which we will share with you once the details are finalized.

Do you have any MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
No we don't.

Do I have to return the ice cream tubs after its finished?
No, the tubs are yours. For hygiene reasons we dont take back the tubs. Every delivery you will receive your ice creams in new tubs.
